AA to buy BSM?

There are reports in the press that BSM could be sold to their biggest rival. Since a £10 million management buyout in November 2009 the oldest driving school in the UK has reportedly struggled.
BSM have around 2100 instructors, and recent plans to increase that number to 3000 have not come to fruition. The AA driving school is said to have fewer than 2000 instructors.
