An invitation to DIDU members
The DIDU Association is holding its Annual General Meeting on Sunday the 20th of November 2011. There is no cost to attend, and members can use the forum to help each other out with car sharing.

Morning
- Meeting opened by Chair – Barry Kenward at 1030hrs;
- Apologies for Absence;
- Not Standing for Re-Election.
- Minutes of AGM 2010 – Accept as true account?
- Chair’s Report – Barry Kenward;
- Secretary/Treasurer’s Report – Alan Wood;
- Acceptance of audited accounts for July 1st 2010 to June 31st 2011.
- Final chance to nominate members for election to EC.
- Members of committee up for re-election – Barry Kenward (Chair), Cameron Smith, Edward Robinson, Jean Marriott and Ron Wise. Not due for re-election are Alan Wood and Vernon Menezes.
- Election of new members onto DIDU Executive Committee –Raj Pillay and Martyn Bullen have been co-opted during the course of the year and have agreed to stand for election.
- 11. Introduction of new members by Chair – Barry Kenward;
- 12. Any constitutional Issues for Discussion;
- 13.Resolution: To change the date of the AGM to any Sunday in November to accommodate those with families attending Guy Fawkes celebrations and to allow participation in Remembrance Day activities.

- Update on Current developments within the ADI Profession by Barry Kenward and Cameron Smith including details of the final MDT meetings with DSA and proposals to the Minister
- OPEN FORUM – invite questions from the floor – through Chair – select appropriate EC member to respond. PLEASE give name FIRST for minutes secretary
- DATE OF NEXT AGM – Sunday 18 November 2012 – Venue TBC.
